COVID-19's impact on the California-RedTails...it's a Good News-Bad News story for 2020 and most likely 2021
In late 2019 the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) saw it's first case identified in Wuhan, China. By early 2020 COVID -19 had spread worldwide, leading to an ongoing pandemic. For the California RedTails the year was a challenge. If there was any "Good News" during the year is was that none of our members contracted COVID-19. The extremely "Bad News" is that our entire "Fly-Out" schedule was decimated. Unfortunately as we look to 2021 it is likely our "Pilots and Places" page will remain blank relative to Fly-Outs. However our the RedTail leadership has some exciting and interesting activities planned for 2021....and that includes living up to our motto "We Fly!" Stay tuned and revisit this page over the coming months.
